All items are considered final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We’re not trying to be jerks about it, but it’s the reality of the small team we’ve got here. But (and that’s a big but, pun intended) if something ain’t right, please let us know and we’ll see what we can do to make it better.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, email us at info [at] staygoldcos.com with your Order # and a description and photo of the damage in question. We’ll get in touch with you and sort it out.
